Goods can only be returned within 15 days of shipping against a valid PO or for any product discrepancies, some restrictions apply. A re-stocking fee of 25% of the total order value will be charged. After 15 days the shipment is non-returnable.
Defective material is covered under warranty. Warranty terms and conditions depend on the product purchased. All under warranty defective items can be returned for repairs and/or replacement along with a RMA Form. All returns must be validated by requesting RMA number in advance of shipping the defective material.
